CALGARY, Dec 23rd, 2021

Ozark Aeroworks, LLC of Springfield, Missouri USA (An Eagle Copters, Ltd. affiliate), is pleased to announce the acquisition of the T53 Turboshaft Engine product line from Honeywell Aerospace.

Ozark Aeroworks, LLC is one of Honeywell’s largest T53 Authorized Service Centers for the T53 series engines servicing a global customer base. Ozark Aeroworks has built strong relationships with Honeywell, T53 channel partners, and end user customers. This experience has uniquely positioned Ozark Aeroworks to manage the overall value stream of the T53 program, resulting in world-class product support for all T53 operators.

Ken Essary, Partner and CEO of Ozark Aeroworks stated that “after 42 years of providing T53 MRO support around the world, I’m extremely honored to be part of this historic transition and look forward to working tirelessly, with the Ozark-Eagle Team and our support network, to provide benchmarkable service to T53 Operators worldwide.”
