Prior to joining Eagle Copters, he spent 14 years with ST Aerospace, serving as Sales Manager – Aftermarket APAC, where he played a pivotal role in expanding market presence and strengthening customer relationships across the region. He subsequently held the position of Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager – APAC at Bell Textron Asia for 9 years, where he was instrumental in driving aftermarket sales performance, developing regional strategies, and supporting operators with tailored solutions across diverse markets. Arivelagan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2019), equipping him with advanced leadership and strategic management capabilities. He also earned a Diploma in Station Management in 2005, providing a strong operational foundation early in his career.
