Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. (ECML) is a Calgary-based company offering complete helicopter fleet management support to operators since 1975. We offer purchasing, selling, leasing, maintenance and overhaul of helicopters in the global marketplace.
We are looking for 14 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team immediately. Our main office and work location for this position will be 823 McTavish Road NE, Calgary, Alberta, T2E 7G9. These are permanent, full-time positions of 40 hours/week with the potential for overtime and an initial salary of $75,000 - $80,000/annum. Once individuals obtain a valid Transport Canada AME license, salary offered will increase to $90,000 - $100,000/annum. Additionally, individuals may qualify for a discretionary yearly salary increase based on performance and abilities.
The language of work for this position is English.

In this position the AME will report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of our helicopter fleet.
Specifically, the main responsibilities for this position include:
- Performing repairs and overhauls on leased and third-party aircraft in compliance with the standards of airworthiness and the quality requirements of Eagle Copters;
- Performing both routine scheduled, and emergency maintenance as required on all aircraft;
- Troubleshooting, testing and identifying all problems in the aircraft, and subsequently repairing identified issues;
- Documenting issues along with steps taken for resolution and outcome;
- Collaborating with the QA Manager regarding aircraft work order reviews or internal company audit(s) as required;
- Ensuring all work tools and equipment are in good condition and can be operated safely, and requesting replacement or repair as needed;
- Requesting the purchase of necessary spare parts and supplies as needed;
- Conducting airworthiness inspections and dual inspections, FOD inspections and aircraft final QC inspections sign-outs as required by Eagle Copters policies and procedures;
- Ensuring EASA, JCAB, DGAC aircraft/component maintenance is performed in accordance with approved supplements, and correct maintenance release statements are used;
- Applying the instructions of the applicable regulatory, OEM and company manual(s) to execute assigned maintenance and repair tasks, including replacing and installing mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, and flight control systems;
- Ensuring the final maintenance release in the aircraft logbook has been accomplished in accordance with the regulatory body it is registered too, TC, EASA, JCAB, DGAC or FAA standards as applicable; and
- Assisting in training other employees and contributing to maintaining the company’s positive work environment.
For this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) M license or qualify to obtain license;
- Valid Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) pass or eligible to obtain;
- Recent and extensive experience working in an AME capacity; and
- Experience working on or have an approved aircraft type endorsement for, at minimum one of the following aircrafts: Bell 205, 212, 407, 412, S-76, A-Star, or AW139 aircrafts.

Reporting to the Component Shop Manager the Component AME will be responsible for component repairs and complete overhauls.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the inspection / repair / and overhaul of aeronautical components under the Approved Maintenance Organization approved ratings.
- Ensure that their tasks are performed to comply with the latest standards of airworthiness established by the manufacturer, the Canadian Aviation Regulations and those of the company.
- Ability to understand and complete certification processes on Component technical records as per company policies and procedures.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Holds a current AME license, preferably with 3 or more years of experience
- AME apprentices who have completed an approved AME Basic Training course will be considered
- Bell approved training/experience with Bell 204, 205, 206, 212, 407, 412 and 429 series is an asset
- Previous Helicopter experience is an asset.
- Utilize, understand and follow the instructions of the applicable approved manuals to carry out tasks.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that key pieces within the marketing strategy are completed, and responsible for continuing maintenance and updates to our online presence, CRM, and website. There will also be responsibility to help ensure key tradeshow and events preparation is successful and provides the manager and sales team with necessary information. This role within the Marketing team is dynamic and can also take on additional requests as required.
Responsibilities:
CRM – HubSpot
- Assist with implementation of processes for sales and system use.
- Capture key details from customers and transactions.
- Have a real time overview on pipeline and probability, including dashboards.
- Use CRM to compile social analytics and campaign stats.
- Ensure automations new/current continue to work properly.
- Following-up with sales team to see if any further training is required.
Marketing Strategy
- Provide data analytics to help support budget planning (ad performance, costing etc.).
- Based on the budget – help manager define the marketing strategy to support execution of plan.
- Monitor key marketing spends (advertising, merch, social campaigns) to assist with budget management.
- Creation and orders of merchandise, and marketing materials.
- Manage incoming budget requests with manager.
Digital Marketing
- Based on the near term upcoming annual budget – strategize a Digital Marketing Strategy to market our products and programs along with analytics based spend
- Launch Marketing Adverts and manage $$ spend to budget.
- Create and maintain internal branding and informational documentation.
- Create and launch social posts as per strategy and ad-hoc company posts to the market.
- Gather Leads on clicks, views, logins, etc. to create a lead list to be actioned by Sales.
- Website updates and performance enhancements to ensure we stay top-of-mind in searches.
- Follow up on all Lead generations to be entered into CRM.
- Identify growth areas and work with manager to help develop strategy.
Events Management
- Support the near term and longer-term strategic growth focus by identifying key events to partake in.
- Help with assessing costs and ensure the budget is in line with the events calendar.
- Provide guidance to the events administrator to ensure all logistics are set up prior to events taking place.
- Interact with the market by way of Digital ads to plan customers and leads meetings prior to event kick off
- Event planning and design, including but not limited to booth design, hotels, merch, promotion, working with show management to ensure key action items completed.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Established experience developing marketing strategies, plans and campaigns using various platforms.
- Metrics driven marketing mindset with a passion for creativity and ingenuity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Proficient with online marketing and social media platforms
- Proven expertise designing interactive applications and networking programs.
- Adobe Creative Suite – highly encouraged.
