Dane is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of Eagle Copters' worldwide operations, including aircraft and parts transactions, corporate finance, organizational governance and regulatory compliance.

With a specialization in aviation finance, Dane has considerable experience in structuring and executing commercial aircraft transactions across the globe, financing and securing aviation assets and the regulatory aspects of commercial aviation. Dane has a lifelong interest in aviation, is an active private pilot and holds both a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta.

Prior to joining Eagle Copters, Dane practiced aviation finance at Bennett Jones as a member of its top-ranked aviation practice group.
