Morten Johannessen brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global operations, supply chain, and aerospace MRO services. Beginning his career as an aircraft engineer in Norway, he has progressed through operational, supply chain, technology, and executive leadership roles, managing international organizations across North America and Europe.

Before joining Eagle as Chief Operations Officer, Morten served as Head of Global Operations at Heli-One, where he led the integration of business units across multiple countries, standardized operations, and drove large-scale transformation initiatives that improved collaboration, efficiency, and organizational performance. Morten holds an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.
